Burgers
- 1 lb ground turkey (93/7 works well)
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- ¼ cup finely chopped spinach
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- 4 brioche or pretzel buns
Toppings
- Sliced Roma tomatoes
- Butter lettuce
- Spicy pickle spears
- Red onion, raw or sautéed
- Mayo
- Extra crumbled feta
- Ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the turkey, ranch packet, feta, and finely diced onion and spinach. Chop the add-ins small or the patties will fall apart.
- Form into 4 patties about ½ inch thick.
- Grease a skillet and heat to medium-high. Cook 4–5 minutes per side, until the center hits 165°F. Add sliced cheese or more feta in the last minute if you want.
- Let the patties rest. Slice the buns, brush with a little oil or mayo, and broil 2–3 minutes until golden.
- Build with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayo or ranch, and extra feta.
Notes
- If the mix won’t hold, add ¼ cup breadcrumbs or 1 egg.
- To grill, cook on foil so they don’t crumble through the grates.
- Cooked patties keep 5 days in the fridge. Freeze raw or cooked patties up to 3 months.
