Half batch / full batch

  • 1½ cups or 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons or ¾ cup real butter
  • ⅓ cup or ⅔ cup evaporated milk
  • 6 oz or 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ jar or 7 oz marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts, optional (omit for Snickers-style)
  • ½ or 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Use a very large glass bowl. Melt the butter 1 minute in the microwave.
  2. Add sugar and milk. Microwave 5 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, and nuts. Pour into a pan and cool.
