Ingredients
- 12 burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 3 cups refried beans, warmed
- 1 lb cooked taco-seasoned ground beef
- 1½ cups nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar
- 1 cup light sour cream
Instructions
- Wrap the tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave 20 seconds on 50% power.
- Spread nacho cheese on 6 tortillas, leaving a 1-inch border. Lay the other 6 tortillas on top and press.
- On the top tortilla, add refried beans, taco beef, sour cream, and cheddar.
- Fold in the top and bottom, then wrap tightly. Some cheese may sneak out.
Notes
- Times assume the beef, beans, and nacho cheese are already made. Fridge 3–4 days; freeze wrapped in foil up to 3 months.
